Maybe you can do it like him:"http://www.pornilove.org/?zx=80e4623eccf6c30e". They close his blog every few days, but not this link page. And he posts the complete blog under a new adress. So he doesn't need to start over again.
The problem is not with the adult content itself, but with the act. You see, if you jerk off in public that's illegal, and in a quite broad sense Google doesn't allow any depiction of illegal activity. Yes, you can post a video on youtube that shows a killing of a woman during a protest, that's freedom of speech. But making a blog in which every post is an act of "indecent exposure", well, that's illegal. Not counting the fact that there are laws that force you to explicitly state that every single person depicted is legally adult.
Yes, I am sure they have every right to harass us, and I know as well as George Micheal that it is illegal in the US, just as homosexuality used to be. Let them do what they have to do, but every time they close the blog down I will make sure it pops up somewhere else. Check the "Keep track of this blog" link in the left column if you want to follow it.
Hey Dan. I don’t think your blog is getting cancelled because of showing public sex. There are other sites out there that show the same thing and they don’t get cancelled. I think the difference with yours is that I noticed every once in a while you post a picture where the age of the guy is questionable (in other words a teenager). An example is the picture that you recently posted under the entry: On The Terrace. The person in the picture looks like a boy in his mid teens. If you’ve noticed the blog called ‘exhibitionistcum’ was also deleted recently and although it had a lot of great pictures of adults, as does yours, there were a few that looked like teenagers also. Here is what the content policy of blogspot says about child porn:
Child safety: We have a zero tolerance policy towards content that exploits children. Some examples of this include:
-Child pornography: We will terminate the accounts of any user we find publishing or distributing child pornography. We will also report that user to law enforcement.
-Pedophilia: We do not allow content that encourages or promotes sexual attraction towards children. For example, do not create blogs with galleries of images of children where the collection of images or text accompanying the images is sexually suggestive.
The legal age for sexually explicit photos in most countries is 18 including the USA, which is where blogspot is located. Some of the pictures you’ve posted look like teenagers, which would qualify in the USA as child porn. Only a few sites get away with posting naked pictures of teens or children. They have one of the following conditions:
1) They are a nudist site where none of the children are shown with an erection, nor are they posed in any sexually provocative poses, nor contain sexually specific text accompanying the pictures. In other words its just a nudist site. 2) They are a commercial porn site, that although the pictures look like teens, they are just late bloomers and the company keeps proof of age on file for authorities to examine if they have questions.
Since this is a blog and not a commercial porn site, I am assuming you do not keep proof of age on file. Blogspot will assume the same thing. Therefore they will take a ‘better safe than sorry’ approach and cancel any questionable site. Further if you notice in the policy quoted above, not only will they cancel the site, they will report it to the authorities. I love your site and have been a fan for a while. I would love to see it continue, but I think you need to not post any pictures that look like teens. Remember, just because you find a pic on the internet, does not mean it is legal, unless it comes from a porn site that complies with proof of age requirements. Also, I would hate to see you arrested for child porn.
Keep the content as showing clearly adults. If it looks like it could be a teen - don’t post it! Further, don’t have a copy of the pic on your computer or stored on any media.
in my opinion the average american 18yo looks like an average european 25yo. that of course causes confusion over there if you post a pic of an european 20yo. they think it is underage...
Thanks for the suggestions guys. Obviously I do not post nude pics or vids of anyone under 18, but agree with last comment on European (and Asian) guys generally looking younger.

why do they keep doing it, your content isn't more offensive than anyone elses?
I know, and they give no notice and no explanation. Just close down my full account, with email and all. Very annoying behaviour!
